Welcome to the 2008-09 school year! I feel blessed to be able to join the staff of La Purisima School this year. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and will be offering school counseling services this year. The counseling services are free of charge to all families. I am on campus Mondays and Fridays from 8:20 a.m. - 2:20 p.m.
I am posting my forms on this page so that you can complete and send them in throughout the year. I am asking ALL families to complete and submit the "Counseling Consent Form" and mark whether or not you give consent for counseling services this year. I will keep these on file should the need arise for services. If you give consent, you will receive a phone call prior to initiation of counseling services with your child.
I have been to all of the classrooms to introduce myself to your students. I look forward to meeting all parents at your Back to School Night at the end of this month! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me through the school office and I will follow up with you on my next day on campus.
